Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

Yes. You enter your card details to start the trial, but nothing is charged for 30 days. Cancel any time before day 31 and you pay nothing.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

It becomes a paid subscription automatically. On day 31 the card you entered is charged — £50 for the month, or £510 if you chose annual billing — and nothing about your setup changes. We email you three days beforehand, so the charge is never a surprise. If you'd rather stop, cancel any time before day 31 and you pay nothing: Inventory Alpha then goes read-only, meaning every screen still opens and every figure is still there, you just can't write changes through it. Your WooCommerce store carries on trading either way, and nothing you've entered is deleted — it lives in your own WordPress database, still there if you subscribe later.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. After that Inventory Alpha goes read-only — same as an expired trial. Your store keeps trading, your data stays in your database, and resubscribing turns writing back on.

Is there a limit on products or team members?

No limits. You can add unlimited products, SKUs, and team members. We believe in giving you full access to all features without artificial restrictions. The one thing that is counted is sites — one licence covers one WordPress install.

Can I use one licence on more than one site?

Accepted Answer

Each licence activates on one WordPress installation. If you move to a new site, or want to free up the slot your staging copy is using, you can release it yourself from the Subscription tab in your account.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes. Monthly is £50. Annual is £510 a year, which works out at £42.50 a month — a saving of 15%. Both are the same plan with every feature unlocked, and you can cancel either one.
